There should always be a contact page so that people are given the option to take action now. This should have any information that is not in the contact box that appears on every page, and it should include a Feedback F so that people can post you a message without needing to use their own email program, for whatever reason. It doesn’t mean people will have to use it, however it does mean that we have provided an avenue of communication.
The feedback should go to a monitored email account so that it is part of the usual course of business.
It is a way of saying to people you want to listen to them, and obviously when someone does use it, it is important to respond in a timely way.
